Terms of use

These terms cover PawPass: the Google Sheet template, its reminders, the phone app at /app, and this website, all provided by Pikesway LLC, doing business as Handled For You (“we”, “us”). By using PawPass you agree to them.

1. A reminder and record tool

PawPass is a log, reminder and organizing tool. It gives no professional advice. PawPass is a record-keeping tool, not veterinary advice. Always follow your vet and the label on any medicine. In an emergency, call 911.

2. Reminders can fail

Reminders depend on Google’s services, your email settings, your phone and your internet connection, all of which can delay or stop a message. PawPass is a helper, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for doing what the reminders are for.

3. Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use PawPass for yourself (and to share reminders with people in your household you choose). You may not resell, share or redistribute the template or the app.

4. Your Google account

PawPass runs in your own Google account and follows Google’s terms. Work or school accounts may block it; we recommend a personal Gmail account. You are responsible for your account’s security and for the data in your sheet.

5. Purchases and refunds

PawPass is a digital product. All sales are final, but if you can’t get it installed, email us and we’ll work it out with you.

6. Changes and availability

We may update the app and template to fix problems or keep up with changes from Google or browsers. We aim to keep the app online, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.

7. Limits on our liability

PawPass is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed tasks or doses, lost data or decisions made using the product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for PawPass.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
